Quan graduated, cum laude, from Concordia
University, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He also obtained
the Graduate Diploma in Accounting, from McGill
University. He is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the
Canadian Institute of Chartered
Accountants as well as the Ordre
des Comptables Agréés du Québec. In addition,
he is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Illinois,
and is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Illinois
State Board of Accountancy.
